Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon order processing and another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Rates and Estimates):

• Insured Express Shipping with Tracking: 1 to 5 business days, $8.97

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping to the following countries: UK, AU, NZ, IE, CA.
• Currently, we do not ship to Europe.
• Free Shipping: 5 to 12 business days, $0
• Insured Express Shipping with Tracking: 3 to 8 business days, $8.97

Additional Information:

• Import duties, taxes (including VAT), incurred upon shipment reaching your country are not covered by Lumineye and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking:

• After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
